Kay Klar
founded the company in 1997 and has been leading it ever since. He previously lived in Asia for six years, where he came to know and appreciate the architecture of various countries. As a managing director in highly competitive markets, he was constantly engaged in optimization projects. These qualities, combined with many years of experience, strong motivation, and a passion for good architecture, are among the key drivers of his success.

is responsible for various administrative mandates and special projects. She gained her extensive experience through work across Europe. With fluent language skills in Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, English, Swedish, and German, she is always a competent contact person for all inquiries.

Malcolm Klar
has completed a professional apprenticeship as a retail specialist. Subsequently, he successfully completed further training as a property manager and certified real estate appraiser with a federal diploma. With his strong social skills and positive attitude, he is a valuable member of our team and is always available to assist you with his expertise.

Melinda Placy
holds a commercial diploma obtained in 2012 and speaks German, Thai and English. After several years of professional experience in international five-star hotels, she now joins our team. In 2023, she successfully completed further training as a real estate management clerk. She is responsible for partial renovations and the management of residential properties. With her high level of social skills and her always positive and professional approach, she is a valuable support for our team and is always available to provide you with competent assistance.
