founded the company in 1997 and has been leading it ever since. He previously lived in Asia for six years, where he came to know and appreciate the architecture of various countries. As a managing director in highly competitive markets, he was constantly engaged in optimization projects. These qualities, combined with many years of experience, strong motivation, and a passion for good architecture, are among the key drivers of his success.

Malcolm Klar
has completed a professional apprenticeship as a retail specialist. Subsequently, he successfully completed further training as a property manager and certified real estate appraiser with a federal diploma. With his strong social skills and positive attitude, he is a valuable member of our team and is always available to assist you with his expertise.

Melinda Placy
verfügt über ein im Jahr 2012 erworbenes Handelsdiplom und spricht Deutsch, Thailändisch sowie Englisch. Nach mehreren Jahren Berufserfahrung in internationalen Fünfsternehotels verstärkt sie heute unser Team. Im Jahr 2023 schloss sie die Weiterbildung zur Sachbearbeiterin Immobilienbewirtschaftung erfolgreich ab. Sie ist zuständig für Teilsanierungen sowie die Bewirtschaftung von Wohnimmobilien. Mit ihrer hohen Sozialkompetenz sowie ihrer stets positiven und professionellen Arbeitsweise ist sie eine wertvolle Unterstützung für unser Team und steht Ihnen jederzeit kompetent zur Verfügung.
