3. Access Data and Hosting
When visiting our website, our hosting partners Webland AG and/or Hostpoint AG collect access data in so-called server log files. This data includes IP address, date and time of access, browser type, and visited pages. These data are used exclusively to ensure a secure and stable operation and do not allow direct conclusions about your person.

5. Rental Applications
On our website, we provide application forms for rental properties. The collected data (e.g., name, address, phone number, income, debt enforcement records) is used solely for reviewing your application and is transmitted to us via email. No automated processing via the website takes place. The data is stored for the duration of the application process and then deleted unless legal retention obligations exist.

9. Mapbox
For the directions map in the footer of our website, we use the map service Mapbox from Mapbox Inc., 740 15th Street NW, Washington, DC 20005, USA. When the map is loaded, your IP address and technical access data are transmitted to Mapbox. The integration is based on our legitimate interest in clearly displaying our location to you. 10. hCaptcha (Spam Protection)
To protect our forms from abuse and automated requests, we use the hCaptcha service from Intuition Machines, Inc., 350 Alabama St, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA. hCaptcha checks based on technical characteristics (e.g., IP address, duration of stay, interaction behavior) whether an input is made by a human or automated.
